Visit of German Ambassador to Sitara Chemical Industries Limited
Her Excellency Ms. Ina Lepel, the German Ambassador to Pakistan, paid an official visit to Sitara Chemical Industries Limited, Faisalabad, on March 13, 2017. The visit highlighted the growing importance of bilateral business relations between Sitara Chemical Industries and various German companies, with a strong focus on further strengthening these strategic partnerships.
Upon arrival, Her Excellency was warmly received by Mian Haseeb Ahmad, Director of Sitara Chemical Industries Limited, along with the senior management team. The visit provided an excellent opportunity to showcase Sitara Group’s industrial capabilities, operational excellence, and commitment to sustainable growth.
During her visit, the Ambassador expressed her appreciation for the significant investments made by Sitara Group and acknowledged its leading role in contributing to Pakistan’s economic development. She commended the organization for maintaining high standards in industrial performance and corporate responsibility.
As part of the visit, Her Excellency toured the 40 MW Coal-Fired Power Project along with various production plants. She showed keen interest in the company’s advanced infrastructure, efficient production systems, and modern technological processes.
The Ambassador also praised Sitara Chemical Industries Limited as one of the most advanced and efficiently managed industrial facilities in the country, particularly highlighting its excellence in organizational structure, production quality, advanced machining processes, and commitment to occupational health and safety standards.
This visit further strengthened the relationship between Sitara Chemical Industries and international stakeholders, reinforcing the company’s position as a key player in Pakistan’s industrial sector.
