The Whistle Blowing Policy reflects the company’s commitment to providing a secure and reliable mechanism through which employees, shareholders, and business partners can report concerns. This includes any situation where there is a genuine belief that business activities are being conducted in violation of legal requirements, company policies, or ethical standards.
Objectives of the Policy

- Encourage open, transparent, and honest communication across all levels of the organization.

- Ensure timely, fair, and effective investigation of reported issues and appropriate corrective actions.
The Board Audit Committee (BAC) holds overall responsibility for the implementation and oversight of this policy, ensuring strong governance and accountability. The Board of Directors fully supports the BAC in maintaining the effectiveness of this framework in the best interest of all stakeholders. Day-to-day administration and implementation of the policy are managed by the Internal Audit Department.
